IMST Distance learning program has a well structured Training and Placement (T&P) Cell and is fully supported by a University Level Team led by Er. T.S. Rajput, Director (T&P) having vast experience T&P and Mr. Love Mittal. Training and Placement cell initiates industry university interaction, by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, in-plant training and industrial projects and time to time counseling to students about the career goals and their aspiring needs.. The cell does the following:

Arranges for recruitments drives and organizes the whole Place Event Off campus recruitment drives.
The University maintains a strong data bank of over 1000 companies, the cell ensured opportunities in more than 100 companies in previous years. In the current year the student from our university has got placement in more than 50 companies over.
At the University counseling is one of the most valuable aspect for placement hence the University offers individual career counseling to students.
Training team is also engaged in providing valuable inputs to students regarding specific skill set and job requirements.
Regularly facilitates students’ interactions with top industry personnel via Guest Lectures.
Mangalayatan University has a specialized Training and Placement Cell which takes care of the placement activities of the entire student body.
The university also ensures the circulation of the name of the students of the pass outs and bags the best employer companies to carry on placement opportunity with us. This is done through extensive research of the administrative authority and hard work of the students in examinations.
The Placement Team guides the departments as to the various job opportunities available to them. Students go through rigorous practice and counseling session before taking up the university placement.
Along with the work of the Placement Team, the students are guided by the departments as to the various job opportunities available to them. The Career Advancement Cell currently has a group of experienced faculty who constantly provide training to the students as per the required needs of the batch. Special training programs are organized and conducted to provide company-specific employability training.
